Symbiosis is a dark fantasy narrative experience set in a dying medieval village plagued by a mysterious disease. You are the last remaining doctor — a silent figure behind a plague mask, trusted by the desperate and feared by the dying. Through ritualistic 2D minigames, you diagnose and treat patients using primitive tools, alchemy and intuition. But every remedy you apply hides a terrible truth: your medicine carries a parasite.

As days pass, your house, your patients and even your thoughts begin to shift. The parasite whispers through dreams, the villagers depend on you blindly, and your decisions shape their fate. Will you uncover the truth and break the cycle, or become the very heart of the infection?
